We present a new class of transportation models, that we refer to as stable dynamics. They provide a consistent description of stationary flows in a trans- portation system, are based oa intuitive mxioms mad rely on a very small set of data. We argue that these models can be solved for small networks (such a Braess network) only relying on logical arguments. We also identify Braess paradox for a simpler triangular network. FinalIy, we provide stable dynamics simulation experiments results for an intermediary size ustwork (Sioux Fall).
